About Us

Kenwick School educates students in a vibrant and safe learning environment. Our teachers utilise productive pedagogies to engage and address the learning styles of our students. Our teaching staff access the WA Curriculum, the Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network (ASDAN); while using ABLEWA as a tool that guides their everyday teaching and learning practices. This ensures each student’s learning journey is person centred and individualised.

Across the week, our students access programs which include English, Mathematics, Humanities and Social Sciences, The Arts, Science, Health and Physical Education, Technologies, Social Skills, Community Access and Protective Behaviours. Our teachers deliver a well-rounded curriculum, addressing individual learning needs and priorities.  Community-based learning complements, consolidates, and provides real-life opportunities to generalise skills and knowledge acquired within our setting.
