What a fantastic and busy start to Term 3! The students have loved exploring our new play areas, especially The ECC Grocery Store. This term we have begun a new theme during literacy, exploring texts written by Eric Carle. We have loved reading ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ and dressing up as the characters.
The students have also been working very hard to get ready for our Assembly in week 3. We have enjoyed joining with our friends from Room 2 to practise our item ‘Fruit Salad’ and learning all about healthy eating along the way.
We would also like to say a special ‘Happy Birthday’ to James and Charlie, who celebrated their birthdays in Week 2.
