Room 3 (Formerly Rm 1): April – Fitness Fun!

Students in Room 3 have had a very busy term and have been working hard towards achieving their goals. A whole class focus is physical activity and each day the class does a daily boot camp and Yoga lessons to keep fit. Kallem, Laurence and Miketell do a fantastic tree pose; Kingston, Rayan and Jayden show fabulous range in their downward dog and Kodie is a master of the stretch. Physical fitness has been extremely important in increasing resistance and stamina when walking long distances while out on community access and has helped to keep our class to keep the same pace.
