One of our students in Room 11 is completing a module in her ASDAN programme which requires her to experience cultures from foreign countries. What better way to explore culture than through food! And the whole class has jumped on board to join in the tasty fun. So far we have made bangers and mash for British cuisine, spaghetti bolognaise for Italian fare, and tortilla wraps for students to sample Mexican morsels. Placemats are set out which have the country’s flag printed on it and we listen to music which is unique to the country we are learning about. I wonder what we will try in our last week?
